About Me

This site is where I keep track of the food I've cooked and the meals I've loved over the past couple of years. It's also my hands-on project for learning web design, so it'll keep evolving, just like the recipes.

What I Cook

Nothing fancy, just food I actually make, eat, and want to remember. Some recipes are new experiments, some are dishes worth bringing back.

1. Comfort Classics

The rich, cheesy, slow-cooked dishes, like potato au gratin, that taste better the second day.

2. Healthy Bowls

Quick weeknight bowls built around a protein, a grain, and whatever sauce I'm into that week.

3. Breakfast Plates

Weekend breakfasts that take a little more effort and are worth it.

4. Dishes Worth Bringing Back

Recipes like Haitian spaghetti that carry a memory with them.
